ARTIST: Edward Arnold ITEM#: EX1007 SOLD The DARGOORIAN is usually dropped from space in bundles of 100 onto pinpoint target areas forming what is called a "smart minefield." The mines burry themselves under the surface soil and are controlled by a single "parent mine". This parent senses the movements above and waits for the programmed target to cross. For instance, several infantry divisions may cross successfully if the parent is waiting for heavy artillary. When the parent senses the correct target it still waits until the target is best positioned then detonates all the Dargoorians at once. Extremely effective in gorilla warfare. WIDTH: 12" HEIGHT: 9" NON-FUNCTIONING SCRAP BUILT MODEL. MADE MOSTLY FROM PLASTIC WITH METAL AND PLASTIC PIECES. BOTTOM SPIKE IS DETACHABLE. |
